Examination Centres (ECs)>
The Centres are administrative units that manage examination venues (Laboratories), cooperation with the examiners, marketing and sales. All settlements are realised through PTI. Candidates make payments directly to PTI and the money is accounted for once an EC renders the service. Examination Centres settle with PTI on a monthly basis, submitting a collective invoice for all certification services provided on behalf of PTI. In special cases an Examination Centre may be entitled to a commission, whose amount and method of payment are regulated by specific agreements with PTI. ECs are responsible for financial settlements with examiners. When authorised by PTI, the Centres may collect certification payments from legal entities or natural persons upon signing an agreement, however, all payments for individual levels of certification must be remitted to PTI before the certification procedure begins.
Examination Centres may issue invoices for the certification fees collected from legal entities or natural persons that have entered into an agreement with them.
