Product Coordinators

The individuals that manage process quality for a given ECDL product.

Product Coordinators are expected to:

• Train the product examiners, design and develop training materials.
• Organise and conduct workshops to improve the examiners´ skills related to new releases of software or changes made to the product syllabus.
• Provide ongoing mentoring for the examiners - ensure that the level of knowledge is suitable.
• Supervise to ensure the tests work correctly in new releases.
• Review the textbooks preparing for exams on the product.
• Promote a given ECDL product in the industry and academic circles in Poland.
• Participate in conferences, support the regions, assist in the work related to EU programmes.
• Cooperate and assist in the development of marketing materials.
• Provide product mentoring for ECDL laboratories, assist in their certification and verification.
• Verify that the examinations are administered correctly.
