Invoices with deferred payment

The Centres may request a purchase of Vouchers based on a deferred payment invoice. It means that they will receive the Vouchers for individual elements of certification along with the invoice with an agreed payment date.
The solution is primarily supposed to assist participation in EU projects and adjust payment terms to payment schedules of the implementing organisations.
A Centre using this form of support is not entitled to a commission. However, the Centres may receive a certain number of Vouchers with deferred payment invoice rather than a commission for a given accounting period. The choice between the commission and deferred payment is entirely up to the Centres.
